Riso-Rama

Riso-rama is an independent publishing event that brings together printers, artists, students, and community members to highlight riso print work and connect creatives. Riso-Rama is an exciting, one day only, pop-up marketplace of illustration, art, comics and riso printed works. This event will feature artists' books, zines, printed ephemera, artist multiples, handmade objects and more from a diverse and impressive group of local and regional exhibitors. This high energy event will be free and open to the public. Submit to RisoRama’s National Juried Exhibition and Showcase, hosted at Texas A&M University–Corpus Christi’s Weil Gallery. Speakers included Mylan Nguyen and Taro Waggoner of Strange Powers Press, Erik Sultzer & Emily Halbardier of The Center For Imaginative Cartography & Research, Jimmy Van Luu, and special keynote speakers S A R A (Sociedad Anónima Reproducción Autogestiva).
